An annual movie night dressed up as a fictional TV network. Broadcast live via pirate frequency (streamed online). Acts mostly as an excuse to edit vibey promos and bumpers while sharing films I love with friends.
NBS presents: An Evening with Godzilla - feat. Yoshimitsu Banno’s Godzilla vs, Hedorah (1971) and Hideaki Anno’s Shin Godzilla (2016) and about an hour of remixed video featuring movie theater demolition and people in homemade Godzilla costumes.
NBS Oceanic Double Feature - feat. Agnes Varda’s The Beaches of Agnes (2008) and Takeshi Kitano’s A Scene at the Sea (1991).
NBS Super Bowl 2000 - A VHS rip of Super Bowl XXXIV, broadcast as alt programming against the 2022 Super Bowl.
